Kron Technologies logistics team operates Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, PST.
In-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or by our sales team.
Shipping Method
Kron Technologies ships orders with courier service, through DHL Express and FedEx, for their speed, customer service, and their knowledge of international trade and customs. Kron Technologies does not ship with any other carrier.
When shipping with a provided FedEx/DHL Express account number the order will ship with EXW (ExWorks) Incoterms. Kron Technologies does not take responsibility for delays in shipping due to incorrect information, customs brokering, or other factors beyond our control.
Customs Broker
Kron Technologies can use a customer-provided broker. Kron Technologies does not offer customs brokerage services. Please communicate with our sales team if a customs broker is required for an order. All orders ship with EXW (ExWorks) Incoterms when using a customs broker. The following information is required when using a customs broker:
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Contact Email Address
- Physical Address
Shipping Rates/Fees
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or as a line item in a quotation/invoice. Rates vary by country and shipment size. Kron Technologies does not have a flat rate shipping policy, you will need to email [email protected] for an estimate.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Kron Technologies is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to an order outside Canada. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Information
All shipments require a valid phone number to be included with shipping information. In the event that the courier needs to contact you on delivery, for customs clearance, or if your package is lost or damaged.
Full name of the receiver is required for all shipments from Kron Technologies.
All shipments are required to be given in English characters. Please make sure to clearly write your shipping address. We will not ship your items should it contain a non English address.
Kron Technologies takes no responsibility for delayed shipments due to incorrect information provided by the buyer or missing shipping information.
Domestic Shipping Policy (Canada ONLY)
Quebec Bill 96 Statements and FAQs
We have temporarily suspended shipments to Quebec, Canada due to Bill 96, which requires French language support across all sales and marketing touch points. We are working to comply with the provisions of this new law so we can resume shipments to Quebec as soon as possible.

Canadian shipments will be made via FedEx 2-day. You will receive an email from FedEx’s automated email system with a tracking number when the order ships.
Kron Technologies can ship with a provided FedEx account number. Kron Technologies does not ship with any other carrier in Canada. When shipping with a provided FedEx account number the order will ship with EXW (ExWorks) Incoterms. Kron Technologies does not take responsibility for delays in shipping due to incorrect information, customs brokering, when shipping with a provided FedEx account number.
Kron Technologies collects tax on shipments within Canada. You will be charged the corresponding provincial tax rate when shipping within Canada.
USA Shipping Policy (USA ONLY)
USA shipments are made via DHL Express or FedEx.You will receive an email with the tracking number from DHL’s automated email system. Shipments to the United States generally take an estimated 1-4 business days and are by default Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), unless asked otherwise by the buyer. In the event the order ships with a provided FedEx/DHL Express account number OR a customs broker is used, the order will ship with EXW (ExWorks) Incoterms.
Personal Shipments: Require the completion of a 5106 CBP Importer ID form. All orders over $2500 USD for individuals require a 5106 CBP Importer ID forms to enter the US. You can submit them to [email protected] for verification (without the Social Security Number). Note that we won't keep it in record as it contains sensitive information such as a Social Security Number. You may be contacted by US customs directly to provide the 5106 form yourself.
If you do not wish to send the 5106 CBP Importer ID form to Kron Technologies, you will need to be in contact with DHL Express to send the form directly to them or can use your own broker. You may also request we ship your order without a 5106 importer form ready on your side, however, Kron Technologies will not be liable for any issues, delays, or cost of return shipping or any other problem that may occur from not submitting this form. Note: Your own courier account does not replace documents for customs. You will need a selected broker in-order to submit documentation automatically. If you do not have a broker, you will need to submit documents to Kron Technologies or the courier even if you are using your own account for shipping.
Business Shipments: All orders over $2500 USD shipping to a US business need to provide a Federal Tax ID/EIN from the company.
International Shipping Policy (Outside Canada/USA):
All international receivers will be responsible for taxes and duties due on import. Kron Technologies does not collect taxes and cannot quote taxes. This is the full responsibility of the receiver. Kron Technologies cannot alter export documents in the event that taxes are expected to be due on import. Shipping terms for shipments outside Canada and the US are by default delivered at place (DAP) unless asked otherwise by the buyer.
Shipping Restrictions
Kron Technologies Inc. sells and ships Chronos cameras worldwide, except to the following countries which fall under Canada's export control regulations for high-speed cameras:

- Sri Lanka

- Zimbabwe
Brazil
Kron Technologies does ship to Brazil with a few conditions:
- Orders will ship with EXW (ExWorks) Incoterms. The customer will be responsible for paying import taxes and duties.
- Due to customs complications, Kron Technologies will require the customer to use a broker for customs clearance. Our team will be in contact with the broker to ensure the forms are correct before it leaves our building for shipment to your destination.
- Any request for a refund on the order will be possible only when the camera is returned to Kron Technologies. If the item gets stuck in customs, no refund can be provided until the items come back to Kron Technologies facility and are inspected.
- We require prepayment by credit card (in USD) and cannot offer NET terms.
- Shipments to Brazil regarding business require a CNPJ number and residential shipments require a CPF number.
New Zealand
There are no current restrictions when shipping to New Zealand. Orders shipping with Kron Technologies carrier (DAP Incoterms) to New Zealand will require an IRD number. If you are not able to supply an IRD number when shipping with Kron Technologies carrier, Kron Technologies will collect 15% tax in advance and your order will ship with DDP Incoterms. If you are shipping with EXW incoterms you will not be required to supply your IRD number.
United Kingdom
There are no current restrictions when shipping to the United Kingdom. Kron Technologies does request customers in the United Kingdom to provide their VAT number to aid with the customs clearance process. This is not mandatory but merely a request to help facilitate a smooth shipment.
There are several countries that have strict import laws. Please check with your country’s import procedures if you are unsure about shipping the Chronos to your country
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Kron Technologies does not ship any Chronos high speed cameras to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO address. We require the receiver to sign for the shipment and to verify that it has arrived in good condition. Failure to note the condition of the shipment within 7 days can affect warranty and returns (see RMA policies on the Support page).
